who we are
Pastors Chris and Bonnie Peebles were missionaries to the Dominican Republic. From 2004 through 2008, they resided in the city of Monte Cristi where they worked at Hope of a Child Orphanage, planted six video bible schools in cities across the island and taught and ministered the Word of God in the surrounding communities. In 2005 they established City of Light Christian School and in the years that followed, hosted City On A Hill's annual International Pastors and Leaders Conference in Monte Cristi.
Pastors Chris and Bonnie graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2000.
They are currently residing in Middletown, Delaware and pastor The Bridge Church, a non denominational church that encourages a Spirit filled life.

Providence Pregnancy Care - a center that will focus on women/girls facing unwanted pregnancy. testing and counseling will be available.
MOPS - "Mothers of Preschoolers" - but don't lt that confuse you. MOPS is about meeting the needs of every mom through support groups, forums and other resources.
Middletown's First Temporary Employment Agency - This agency will connect people with much needed jobs within the MOT community.
