Purpose
To provide Godly foundational leadership skills while promoting and strengthening Godly
leadership development.
Goals
1. To create and instill in each person, strong Christian leadership skills that honor God,
influence others, create
change in their own lives and the lives of others while advancing the kingdom of God.
2. To recognize leadership abilities in themselves and others through practical application and
experience.
3. To engage students in activities designed to strengthen foundational leadership capabilities
and incorporate those capabilities in everyday life.
Institute Objectives for each Student to:
1. Recognize him/herself as a leader and a person who influences others and creates positive
change.
2. Understand leadership through personal evaluation.
3. Successfully evaluate leadership abilities, skills and behaviors.
4. Operate in leadership ethics and responsibility.
5. Make critical decisions and communicate with authority.
6. Effectively manage teams and practice conflict management principals.
7. Effectively plan and set realistic goals—both personal and professional.
8. Plainly write the vision and mission—both personal and professional.
9. Commit to servant leadership.
10. Serve the body of Christ with character and integrity.

Please note - Courses may change. Also courses may be shortened or customized to fit a particular need.
Typically, classes run for 4 hour sessions once a week for 24 weeks. Total class training is 6 months
Certificates are issued when class requirements are met.
Some materials, books, and special class materials are extra and not provided.
Courses are both video and live.
