Pastors Chris and Bonnie Peebles are missionaries with a heart for God's people and the church! They are passionate about spiritual growth and unity in the body of Christ. During the last four years they have resided in the city of Monte Cristi in the Dominican Republic where they were actively involved in teaching and ministering. During their time of service on the island, they have worked at Hope of a Child Orphanage,planted six video bible schools in cities across the island and during the last two years they have hosted City On A Hill's annual International Pastors and Leaders Conference in Monte Cristi. . City On A Hill, Inc. also started a Christian school called City of Light or in Spanish, La Ciudad de Luz. The school is located in Monte Cristi and is recognized by the Dominican government as an educational institution. The school has 130 children enrolled in preschool through fourth grade and a staff of eleven teachers. Pastors Chris and Bonnie graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2000. They have successfully published a Christian newspaper in Ohio and are the publishers of several books. City On A Hill, Inc. also founded an international ministerial association for ministers and ministries dedicated to serving the body of Christ.
