We. Are. The Church
A gathering of people passionately…
…means you are involved in, or cause, a complete or dramatic change.
Vision
Imagine a vibrant community of people operating in the knowledge of grace and truth to fulfill the call and purpose of God.
And now imagine this group of people armed with identity and authority, with the sole purpose of changing the world around them. That’s revolutionary.

Martin Luther sums it up
“Like the early Christians, we must move into a sometimes hostile world armed with the revolutionary gospel of Jesus Christ. With this powerful gospel we shall boldly challenge the status quo.”
by Pastor Bonnie
Ecclesiastes 3:1 — To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.
People today are saying the church has lost its relevancy, yet the church seems to be obsessed with being relevant. We go to great lengths making people feel welcome and comfortable. But could it be that we have become more like the world and strayed from the one thing that is most important? Could our strategy be completely wrong? John Stott, a British theologian, once said, “It is not possible to be faithful and popular simultaneously.” In wanting to influence the culture, the church has lost that ability by becoming like the culture — losing the power and becoming irrelevant to those seeking God. Today, it is critical that the church move to becoming counter-cultural by commitment to the truth of Scripture without compromise.
Hungry souls are looking for God, not just social engagement or entertainment. They are looking for something to live for, and to give their life meaning and purpose.
So, to everything there is a season, and the season has come for the church to become different — different from the world and, in doing so, attract the world to it. A time for every purpose under heaven is to realize that the gospel is revolutionary. It has not changed or weakened with age. It is transformational! And the world awaits.
“In a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”
George Orwell
